1750 square foot (PLUS bedroom and 3/4 bathroom in walkout lower level with 2 sliders) four season home on pristine Phillips Lake. Right on the water with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Large deck the length of the 2nd story overlooks the water. Sandy beach area makes getting in the water super easy – no rocks to climb over! Very quiet paved road on the back side of Phillips is great for riding bikes. Or play backyard basketball across the street in the large additional parking area. Tons of parking!
