Simply enter your desired dates and click ‘Book Now!’This incredible 20th-floor condo offers almost 1700 square feet of coastal beachy living! Enjoy gorgeous, east-facing Gulf of Mexico views from the upgraded stainless steel kitchen, open-concept dining room, and your luxurious living area which includes a sofa bed, with floor-to-ceiling windows.The primary suite features a king bed and sitting area overlooking more incredible gulf views. The ensuite has an upgraded shower and a double vanity in the en suite bathroom. The second suite also has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of storage and counter space. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a walk-in shower bathroom with the bunks in the hall. We’ve built an additional space to hold all kinds of beach gear, including nets, chairs, and more! Feel free to add to the collection when your family visits!THINGS TO KNOWReservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 20.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
