The patio is accessible through three connecting glass sliding doors that open entirely to the living area and kitchen. Walk down the outside staircase to the spacious backyard with room to play. Enjoy the wood-burning firepit with Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining with lighting.Lago Vista is the gateway to the Hill Country and the Northshore of Lake Travis, with year-round activities. Enjoy complimentary access to the private parks and recreation amenities on the lake for swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, and playing. You will have access with a key and parking pass to several parks with lake access, playgrounds, picnic areas, boat ramps, and amenities, including athletic fields, tennis and pickleball courts, and disc golf. The city provides access to additional tennis and pickleball courts and a golf course.Drive to other outdoor activities at Arkansas Bend Park, a Travis County Park, for day and overnight use with admission. Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge and Warbler Vista in Marble Falls offer hiking and communing with nature. Four-wheeler and ATV trails and rentals are available at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. There are a handful of restaurants and events in Lago Vista and neighboring cities for your enjoyment.When you arrive, the stone house greets you and leads you down the driveway to the front seating porch and into the newly decorated home with a Lake House theme. Upon entering, you will encounter a large dining table that can also be used to play cards, board games, or puzzles stored on the bookcase. As you continue walking on the laminate wood floors past three bedrooms and a full bath, you will enter an open, light-filled space seamlessly combining the living room, coffee beverage bar, and the eat-in kitchen and taking advantage of the views out back. This area is beautifully decorated and well-furnished with an oversized sectional, chair, and ottoman that swivel towards the view or the smart TV above the stone fireplace. The coffee/beverage station includes a coffee maker and a beverage/wine fridge and is equipped with glasses for wine, beer, and cocktails and cute coffee mugs. The well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances has everything needed to create culinary masterpieces, including a full suite of appliances and ample cookware and tools.The primary bedroom enjoys deluxe mattresses and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a corner soaking tub. The second (golf) bedroom offers comfortable thick Sealy mattresses. The third (blue-fish) bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds. The fourth (green boat) bedroom includes two extra-long beds pushed together to form a king.
