You will feel right at home in this 5 bedroom/4 (full) bath spacious, open floor plan home with modern furnishings and appliances. The house is located on a quiet dead end street just steps from the Sugarbush bus-route and a 1/8 mile distance from the base of Sugarbush Village and Lincoln Peak ski area. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails accessible from the driveway. Minutes from the golf course.Spacious living room with large couch and plenty of chairs designed to accommodate the whole family. Large smart TV for sports and movies. Full sized desk with high speed internet can support multiple Zoom calls. The adjacent dining room and kitchen area has a large table with seating for up to 12 and a modern kitchen will stainless steel appliances. There is also access to a deck and patio with a grill and outdoor seating . Solo stove firepit with Adirondack chairs (only available in the spring/summer/fall).The bedrooms are comfortable with space for everyone in the extended family. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and en-suite bath with shower. Adjacent to the master is a room with 2 twin beds. There is also a third bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps 4 children and has its own smart TV for movie night.This home has everything you need for a mountain escape at any time of year- comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious kitchen with like-new appliances, hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails right outside the back door and skiing just minutes away. This house is perfect for 1 or 2 families, and we will consider dogs too!
