The open layout leads into the comfortable family room, with plush seating and a large TV. From there step into the private, enclosed backyard with a BBQ, picnic table, and a shaded hot tub for all to enjoy! Access to the private, two-car garage is right outside off the patio as well.There are four bedrooms total in this fantastic home. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, futon, and dual closets. There is a full-sized en-suite bathroom which can be accessed from the bedroom hallway as well. Next is the first guest bedroom with a large TV and closet. The next bedroom over has bunk beds, plus an additional bed. This room also features a TV and a large closet. The last bedroom also features a TV.THINGS TO KNOWThe house is family-friendly with the gated front and back yards, a Pack-n-Play, toys, beach toys, books, and boogie boards provided.Please note that the fireplace is non-operational.No smoking on the property – NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property).This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
