The wide-open, main level living area is bathed in elegant neutral tones, while the lofted ceiling is accented with gorgeous lighting. The massive kitchen is anchored by a chef-inspired gas range topped with a custom vent hood. Dark cherry wood cabinets are topped with pristine marble workspaces. A large island has a deep sink and double dishwashers— a dream when you’re cooking for large groups. The farmhouse-style dining table has enough room for everyone to gather together over pancakes and fresh-squeezed orange juice in the mornings or glasses of sweet iced tea in the afternoons.Step into the comfy living area, with plush leather sofas facing a cozy fireplace flanked by floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The other has four sets of bunk beds— three are twin-over-full and one is twin-over-twin. Grab a cool drink, pull up a deck chair, and treat yourself to this flawless holiday home by the sea.We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.- One-night stays must be approved.- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
