House has great frontage on Lake Winnipesaukee and is conveniently located 7 minutes from the classically quaint downtown area of Meredith. Home has four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. There are three full bathrooms and a fully equipped updated kitchen. There are two upstairs master suites with cathedral ceilings, with their own master bathrooms attached, and lounge area. Glass doors lead out to its own private deck overlooking the lake. The second spare room sleeps up to 6 people and is a kid’s vacation dream with bunk beds, books, and games fully stocked. The house boasts an abundance of natural light and many windows provide spectacular views of the lake. There is ample dock space to enjoy the gorgeous view out to Stonedam Island conservation area. Loons are frequent visitors to this quiet area of the lake. Amenities include a Private lake access and huge dock area along with a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, gas grill, tv, blue ray player, wifi .
