The house is clean, open, and has lots of natural light. The house has new furnishings, appliances, flooring, mattresses, furniture, and kitchen amenities. Comfortable, spacious layout consisting of a large living/dining room, galley kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large foyer, and both an interior and exterior porch. There are waterviews and mountain views from the outdoor patio, living room, master bedroom, and porch. Sleeps 7 total. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) consists of three twin beds (one is a trundle bed). Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) consists of a queen bed. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) consists of a king bed and master bath. The house has two full bathrooms. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax with a fireplace, Weber grill, picnic table and view of the lake.Location: Scenic Drive is a great side street to take a stroll. Nearby you have boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Gunstock is ~10 minutes away, and Ellacoya State Park & Beach is a short walk/drive. Restaurants, marinas, boat ramp, and shops all nearby.Beach/Water Access: There is no beach access directly across the street. Ellacoya State Park is a great beach option and is a short walk/drive down the street (0.3 miles).
