Corner unit, large wrap around lanai, lovely green space below. 2 new cold A/Cs’s and custom floor to ceiling sheets and drapes! Sparkling clean, only natural cleansing products. Nice pool, large deck, and BBQs. 3 elevators access garage and bldg. FREE Covered parking space. Min 25 yrs old to rent. Children 12yrs old and above. Kona Pacific Condominiums is a very well maintained, clean and desirable complex. Many long term owners. Pool resurfaced in October 23 and is secure and private. Entire Condo, Pool, deck barbeques (3) and underbuilding access. For the majority of stays, I’ll be available by phone or text. I have an ‘on-island representative available in person, text or cell You can walk to many places. There is also a popular Kona Trolley, that runs about a 10mile loop every 1/2 hr (hawaiian time!) to other local beaches, pharmacy and food shops, otherwise public transportation is limited so highly recommend renting a car to get around the rest of the island. Our parking space is good sized, and located under BLDG E.
