Spacious & Inviting Bungalow near DowntownEnjoy this bright and cozy bungalow in the Historic Coronado neighborhood!Close to Downtown Phoenix, easy freeway access, and really close to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Good Samaritan and St Joseph’s hospital – so it’s great for traveling nurses or families that want to be close by.Tons of entertainment and great dining either walking distance or a short drive.The neighborhood is young and quirky, but also very quiet and peaceful despite it close proximity to 7th st, downtown and ASU!The spaceWhile it looks tiny on the outside, this home is really spacious inside! I travel a lot so I equipped this home with all the things I know I love and appreciate when I’m traveling.3 full bedrooms, each with a desk, plenty of closet space, lots of natural light and comfortable beds/bedding and lots of pillows. The master has sliding door access to the back porch and back yard. (there is also access through the kitchen).Large Living room with lots of windows, hard wood floors, gas fireplace and large Roku TV with Netflix and Prime. Huge super comfy couch great for watching a movie, reading a book, or taking a nap!Spacious and bright dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from the basics (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc) to the not so basic (popcorn popper & popcorn, oil and vinegar, basic spices, baking pans). And boasts a reverse osmosis water filter system so you don’t have to buy drinking water.Full size Washer and Dryer inside the home with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.Nicely equipped full bath with all of the basics plus more. And the house uses a tankless hot water heater so enjoy that nice long hot shower or bath and never run out of hot water.Private large backyard is fully fenced in and has a nice size back deck, seating for 4 and a small Grill. note: the fence is getting upgraded in the coming month with a block wall. It is fully fenced in it is just currently a chain link fence only on 2 sides and a little low.Coronado Park Walking Distance: Amenities: 2 lighted tennis courts, shaded playground, 2 grills, restrooms, swimming pool, 2 lighted basketball courts, lighted softball field, baseball field, picnic area, benches, drinking fountain, parking, and security lighting.Welcome to Coronado.A neighborhood that’s a true community. We have lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.The Coronado neighborhood is centrally located and has direct access to major freeways, is within close proximity of the Phoenix downtown & central corridor, the “arts district”, the light rail line, and three major hospitals.
