Relaxing getaway in friendly community with lots of amenities. House features large bedrooms, spacious kitchen with open floor plan, and 12 person dining table with lake views. Game room occupies almost an entire floor and comes complete with 65″ inch tv over the bar, pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and ping pong. 50 acre park with beach, boat ramp, and frisbee golf within walking distance of house. Community pool, 9 hole golf course, and floating restaurant/bar all within minutes of the house. Large garage and tons of parking for big groups. Get your friends and family together for a fun time on beautiful Lake Travis!*Water level around dock cannot be guaranteed due to lake level fluctuations.*Boat dock is currently on land due to low water level and not accessible by boat.*No parties allowed. Maximum of 18 guests allowed on the property at all times.*Outside quiet time from 10pm to 8am. On-site device for noise level monitoring (which does not record voices).*Outdoor security cameras on property. There is one on the front of the house looking at the driveway and one on the back patio overlooking the back driveway.
