Because of it’s downtown location, it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in Bond Park. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, travertine tile–everything to make your stay relaxing.The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the livings areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack ‘n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo, lotion and make-up remover towelettes. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park, and a crock pot if you want a warm meal waiting for you when you return from a long hike. Ed’s Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone’s throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.Please plan to bring your own reusable water bottles. Estes Park has award-winning water, and we hope you’ll enjoy it’s freshness.
