The upper floor has a luxurious master bedroom suite with a full balcony & territorial views of Santa Barbara’s “Riviera” neighborhood and the Santa Ynez mountains. The master features a spa bathroom with dual shower heads a separate tub and a huge walk-in closet. A second bedroom & bathroom grace the lower level with French doors accessing a serene enclosed tree-shaded garden.
