This includes the street in front of the property as neighbors actively monitor.*AWD is highly recommended Nov-May, we shovel and salt as quickly as possible, but you may experience some snow and ice and driveway and roads leading to the property are fairly steep.*A smart thermostat is shared with the upstairs unit. Fans and space heaters are provided for each room and temperature sensors are throughout to monitor and control temperature.*Animals of any kind are not permitted. We understand the value of service animals, but due to owner allergies please leave furry friends at home.*There are stairs leading to the entrance.*Occupancy limit is enforced at all times, please be sure your guest count is accurate.*Outdoor space is limited to the balcony outside the living room which offers beautiful sunrise views. There is a small koi pond on the property. Please respect fencing and supervise children when outdoors.*This is not space for loud parties or gatherings as the unit is in a residential neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy!*You may hear occasional noise from upstairs as this is a basement apartment and two young kids live upstairs. However, quiet hours are respected and efforts have been made to mitigate noise travel. We also provide two noise machines.Please note to protect our permit we do impose fines for violations of policies.*Unauthorized late check-out results in a $50/hr fee. Late checkout or early check-in may be available if requested in advance for $20/hr to compensate the cleaner for the change.*For safety reasons ring cameras are in use outside entrances.
