Close to North Conway for tax-free outlet shopping.This comfortable 2700 square foot house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms on three levels with two sitting rooms that each have a log fireplace with large screen plasma on the main level and WI-FI internet throughout. The home sleeps a total of 14 persons. A lower level family room with TV/VCR and log fireplace and adjacent bedrooms and full bath make this an ideal multi family or group accommodation. There are a further two queen master suites and full bath on the upper level. A huge deck with propane fire pit and enclosed porch make for great outdoor barbecues, and there is ample parking space. There is also a wood burning fire pit in the yard. This house is minutes away from everything the valley has to offer.One time cleaning and linen fee $350 includes sheets, towels, set up of paper goods. Please bring your own beach towels for river and lake use.NH Occupancy Tax will be chargedSecurity cameras on the outside driveway and rear entrance of the house. No cameras on deck or fire pit area.
