Major, Straightback Mountain and more)• 5 association beaches and a private access association boat ramp if you decide to bring your own boat or jet ski (additional fees, proper licensing and special advance arrangements would apply)• Wi-Fi and good cell phone reception• Clean artesian well water• plenty of parking• lots of wildlife, breathtaking sunsets, woods and fresh airWe are willing to accept well behaved dogs and of course service dogs on a case by case basis.
