Completing the first floor is a bedroom/ sitting room with futon /full size bed conversion and connecting bathroom as well as a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.Upstairs the master suite includes a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and Jacuzzi bathtub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor have their own private bathroomsThe pet friendly fenced in backyard provides a deck with table, umbrella and cushioned chairs plus a gas barbecue and wood burning fire pit for your evening relaxation.There is garage parking for one car plus additional driveway and street parking.Sean and Julie our full time tenants in the studio apartment above the garage are very helpful if you have any questions or problems. They are Carpinteria locals and happy to share knowledge of local attractions, hiking, beaches, restaurants etc. They have their own side yard entrance. Please respect their space and leave the left parking space in the driveway to them.Close proximity to the freeway makes the location convenient to Downtown Carpinteria, Summerland and Santa Barbara
