Based on availability, jointly booking the upstairs Unit ‘B’ (VRBO #2883827) and the detached cottage Unit ‘C’ (VRBO #2863858) can accommodate a total occupancy of twelve people.Enjoy ocean breezes from the covered front porch while you gaze across the large wooded lot to views of the marsh and North River, with Cumberland Island in the distance.Bike or walk only six blocks through a quiet neighborhood to the St. Marys waterfront, where you can board the ferry to Cumberland Island, enjoy shopping and restaurants, stroll to historic sites, launch a kayak or put your boat on the water. Rent a golf cart or E-bike to venture across the entirety of the downtown area.The property is a half-acre lot, so bring your boat and park next to where you stay!! There is a public boat ramp within 3 blocks of the house, and another one at the downtown waterfront. The St. Marys and North Rivers boast excellent year round fishing and boating and provide easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby Fernandina Beach waterfront within 15 minutes.
