This spacious home is full of family-friendly amenities! Two levels of spacious decks overlooking the pool area allow you to enjoy sun throughout the day. The chef of the family will love the fully-stocked kitchen. A large 12×30 private pool, a poolside tiki bar, and hot tub are great for relaxing after a long day on the beach. For those family barbecues, there is a gas grill within steps of the pool and picnic area. For family fun, play a game of shuffleboard.Get your exercise at the basketball court in the driveway, on the volleyball court out back or just relax in the new hot tub. Awave From It All is conveniently located near two walking paths for easy access to the beach!Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals only. Pool heat may be added for $400/week.This home does have video surveillance in the carport and entrance to home.This home includes credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Gear. Stay between April 6th and October 19th, 2024 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!Layout:Ground Level: Game room with shuffleboard and Foosball table, a 55-inch TV, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, 2 pyramid bunk bedrooms, full bath.Mid Level: 2 king en suites with private baths and TVs, queen bedroom with a TV that shares a full bath with a den/bonus room that contains a day bed and a 50-inch TV, large laundry room, deck, and screened-in porch.Top Level: Open great room with 75″ flat screen TV/DVD, well-stocked kitchen, dining area 10 and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 2. A separate dining area offers seating for 4 more off the great room. There is also a king en suite with private bath , TV and deck access; a half bath finishes off the top level.
