Cozy beach home on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Located one block from the beach the walk is 500 ft. to the Palm Blvd public access. Enjoy a great open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room and large flat-screen TV. Kitchen features granite countertops with a gas stove. Kitchen overlooks the combination living/dining room with a large dining room table. This is a raised house but all the bedrooms and living space are all on one level. Inside there are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a private bathroom.Wake up and sip your coffee from the comfort of a covered porch out front. Later on you can enjoy a relaxing dinner cooked on the gas grill outside on the screened porch and open deck out back. Under the house there is plenty of parking and a hot and cold outside shower.Direct TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi and linens included. No Smoking. Pet Friendly with $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
