Make this home your vacation escape to experience the best of both worlds—all the serenity and comforts of an upscale home with the exciting recreational amenities of a world-class luxury resort.Located in the exclusive Sea Pines Resort, this spacious home sleeps 10 and features an open floor plan and a wall of windows for maximum views throughout the house. The spacious deck with golf course views is complete with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor furniture surrounded by lush landscaping. Brand new backyard pool, hot tub and patio furniture and dining table. There is a BBQ gas grill and a Blackstone grill located on the patios.**The pool can be heated for a fee of $110 per night during the months of OCTOBER-APRIL. Hot tub can be heated Year-Round for an additional fee of $35 per night. Please request with host at the time of booking****We do allow pets and a $400 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay.**The spacious family room off of the kitchen and all of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. Free WiFi throughout the residence and cable channels are included. The Owners’ suite has a King-sized bed, widescreen TV, and spacious ensuite bathroom. The Queen Suite has 2 queen-sized beds, widescreen TV and a walk-out to a private patio, and access to a newly remodeled bath with a beautiful tile shower. The second Owners’ Suite is complete with a luxury King-sized bed, private patio walk-out, ensuite full bath with soaker tub, and separate shower. The 4th bedroom is complete with a Queen-sized bed, widescreen TV, ample closet space. All TVs are equipped with Roku.The large eat-in kitchen has everything you need and is easily accessible from the great room! Fully equipped with all of your cooking and entertaining needs in mind. The open kitchen flows into the living area keeping everyone close by and providing a great space for family and friends! The foosball table is a welcomed addition to the living area! If cooking is not a part of your vacation plans, there are 200+ restaurants on the island to serve you! There is a full size stackable washer & dryer down the corridor off of the living room.**PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Resort does not allow E-bikes!***Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.The beach is a mile away for those who can’t wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Schedules are posted and available online.**PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Resort does not allow E-bikes!***Other Things to Note:Pool and spa heat can be added seasonally for an additional $110 per night for pool & spa or $30 per night for just the spa during your stay.BugsWe get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we’ll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!Please don’t worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You’ll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it’s not unusual to see some and it doesn’t mean the home isn’t well looked after!
