It has extensive tile floors downstairs, covered lanai overlooking the screened-in heated pool and spa. The garage has been converted into a game room. It also equips with new stainless kitchen appliances including microwave hood, stove, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator, Kenmore all stainless BBQ grill.Our 7-bedroom 5 ½ bath villa is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests with room to spare, whether it be on extended family gathering, a business convention or a golfer outing. The capacious living area has been complimented by a wonderful array of fine furnishings, carefully selected and supplied through ‘Vanessa’s’, augmented by their profound yet subtle style of decor.On the first floor there is a formal lounge and dining area, a large fitted kitchen stocked with every convenience, with a further dining a large family room and fully fitted games room. The first of three luxurious master bedrooms with en-suite is also to be found on the ground floor.On the second floor there is a sweeping balcony which serves to connect the further two master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. For your comfort cooling fans are provided in all bedrooms.Outside the property enjoys a large landscaped plot, an extended lanai covered deck providing ample space for 8 guests to laze in the sun on the luxury sun-loungers and room for 8 guests to relax or dine in shade. The super size heated swimming pool is complimented by a heated spa.Entrance lobbyThe large covered entrance lobby with mosaic tiled floor supported by more than external lighting offers protection whilst entering the property. The combined dining facility accommodates up to 16 guests, something of a unique feature but very welcome if you have a full house.Family roomOur favorite room, ideal for that family get together, sports evening for the lads and dads or simply for relaxing after a busy day at attractions. From the moment you enter you realize that the family room is a bit special. With it’s vaulted ceiling, feature balconies and patio doors off to the pool area. This room is light and airy and is furnished with a sumptuous lounge suite. The main feature is the 51″ television.Games roomProfessionally installed and decorated, the games room benefits from a superb quality slate bed pool table with turned legs and the convenience of bar lights. Foosball tables are also provided along with a small card table and stools. There is a HD LCD TV to ensure you don’t miss those important games whilst relaxing.FREE WiFi is available to ensure you stay connected during your stay. Professional house cleaning services are hired to completely clean the villa before every new visitor begins their stay. Available to use for babies are two strollers.Choose to relax under the Florida sun at the Emerald Island resort pool with gazebos and a Tiki Bar, luscious landscaping and comfortable deck loungers. We also have a Park-n-Play for small kid sleep and play inside.Must climb stairs – We have a master en-suite downstairs but other bedrooms are on the second floor.There is no separate spa heater (both pool and spa are heated by the same pool heater, all villas in the Resort like this). The spa has the same temperature as pool’s. We don’t recommend of heating the pool and spa between May and October. Also, there would be additional charge (See bellow).Our heated pool temperature is between 84 and 88 degree normally, heated spa temperature is between 100 and 104 degree normally. You could always use the club house heated pool for free and closes at 10:00PM at night.Extra charge for requesting heated pool and spa service, a minimum three consecutive days, $35 per day.Also extra fee for enabling BBQ Grill, it will be $60, including initial propane and cleaning. You are responsible for refilling it if you need more propane.If you order gifts or goods online, they are not delivered to the villa directly, UPS and Fedex would text you to pick up them at nearby store.Trash and recycle must be put into a garbage bag, tighten and then put into the garbage container outside; otherwise, there would an extra $40 charge taken from you security deposit to cover the HOA fineWe have our pool serviced weekly by professional pool service company.Pest control spray is applied inside and outside of our villa on a quarterly base from A1 Pest Control company.Guests arriving for the first time must stop at the Guard Gate and provide identification and the address of the villa where they will be staying at.All guests are required to obtain a Dolphin Access Card for each of their vehicles during normal business hours from the Club House. Each access card costs $20.Each vehicle must have its own Access Card. Any visitors must be registered with the clubhouse.No trailers, RVs, campers, buses (including church buses), or the like are permitted within the resort and will be towed immediately if found on the property at the risk and expense of the vehicle owners. This applies to any vehicles requiring CDL (Commercial Driving License) as wellParking: The Resort charges $20 per vehicle (not by owner) at the registration for the stay. Four cars could park at the villa. At anytime, there is no more than 6 cars allowed to enter the property by the Resort entrance.
