Property is in a residential neighborhood with a 24/7 noise ordinance enforced.Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photo opps shots!Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer.
