No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is a duplex .Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.We love animals but pets are not allowed .Please limit smoking to the front covered porch or back yard .
