Summer living less than a 1/2 mile from one of Cape Cod’s best beaches! This home offers room to spread out, with living and sun rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths across 1,250 square feet. The wraparound deck is the perfect place to share a meal after a day spent exploring the beaches, bike paths, and shopping areas of Chatham. Cathedral ceilings in sunroom and master. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Enjoy a private setting just off the main beach road, nestled on a low-traffic loop street with conservation land behind the home.The home’s amenities include keyless smart lock entry, central air conditioning, 55-inch ultra HD TV with YouTube or fubo TV, and a desk and chair setup in the master bedroom. Freshly-laundered bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.Outside, you’ll find Adirondacks on the front-yard patio, private outdoor shower with rainfall head, and table seating for 6 on the back deck with Sunbrella umbrella and Weber gas grill.In the shed, you’ll find a beach cart, four beach chairs, and various beach toys for your use. Bikes are not provided but can be stored in the shed (1 minute bike ride to the beach!).The home has a Nest video doorbell at the entryway and a Google Home display device inside the home for your use. WiFi was upgraded in late 2023.Updates for the 2024 season include new windows throughout the original cottage; new quartz countertop, sink and tile in the kitchen; and new tub, wall tile and toilet in the master bath.
