Close to hiking/biking trails, fishing, sightseeing and shopping. Mesa Verde NP, Hovenweep, Canyon of the Ancients, Anasazi Heritage Center. Also two hour drive to Moab, Utah offering beautiful Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. A 90 minute drive to Telluride and one hour to Durango Mountain.Area attractions include local brew pubs, stone oven pizza’s, restaurants and bakery’s do not disappoint. Only ten minutes to Mancos or Dolores and 20 minutes to Cortez.
