Want to stay in a prime location and stay within budget? America’s #1 rated beach is just a stones through away located directly across the street from the property. No real need for a car if you plan on staying on the island as Siesta Key village is just 1 mile down the road which is filled with restaurants, shops, grocery store, bars, and more. Utilize the Siesta Key trolly or any of the other free ride services available on the island. This spacious one bedroom apartment offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and 47″ flat screen TV w/HD programming and access to streaming apps. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set with high end Seely-Serta mattress. Just past the walk in closet you will find the adjoining bathroom which offers a shower and dual sinks. No sleeper sofa to toss and turn on all night here! guests # 3 and 4 can enjoy sleeping in a regular bed with the use of the queen-size Murphy bed. Shower off at our outdoor shower after coming back from a day at the beach. Washer/Dryer in unit.MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday during February – April unless booking within 30 days or less 5 nights may be accepted.
