The owners have invested a lot of love into this 3-story Victorian. From its wrap-around porch to the two fireplaces to keep you warm in the winter, every inch of this home has been lovingly restored.This 120-year-old “brand new” home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles!There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor including the Owner’s bedroom with an ensuite bath. The middle bedroom has a bunk bed and two twins that can be configured into a king. Let us know how you want the room set up. The back bedroom has a queen bed and a private porch.The third floor offers a great kids’ space with a big screen tv, a mini fridge, and a queen-size pull-out sofa. There are two additional sleeping areas.On the main floor are a living room, family room, gourmet kitchen, and a large dining area. There is access to a fenced-in backyard with a large deck, grill, and outdoor seating and dining. The home features a whole house water filtration system. The beautifully landscaped yard features a fire pit, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and access to the alley where you can park your golf cart.Walk to town or the beach or you can rent a golf cart. Cape Charles is golf cart friendly so leave your car at the house and travel the Cape Charles way!The proximity to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Busch Gardens, and Williamsburg is perfect for day trips. Chincoteague is one hour away where you can visit the wild ponies and sit on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
