Lovely, spacious colonial saltbox, conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles from town and 2 miles from south shore beaches. Miacomet Beach is closest. Multi-room A/C unit cools the downstairs area, and each bedroom has a window A/C unit.The first floor master suite has a four-poster king-size bed and attached bath. The master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower.The fully equipped kitchen has a Dynasty gas range and eat-in breakfast nook with ceiling fan, overlooking back yard. It s fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, etc. Microwave, blender, coffee maker, ice maker, panini maker are all included.A separate formal dining room seats 8.The large great room with soaring cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, and floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace. French doors go from den out to lovely back deck.The living room has 40″ HDTV with Xfinity cable, as well as DVD player.One upstairs bedroom and the downstairs master bedroom have TV with Xfinity cable.The deck has wrought-iron table and chairs with umbrella as well as LaFuma lounge chairs. Well-kept flower planters surround the deck space.The outdoor shower is completely enclosed and private, and the back yard is fenced and backs onto dirt road with conservation land beyond.
