Our bright and spacious home (1300 sq ft) is the perfect setting for your quiet mountain vacation. Perfectly located for winter and summer sports, seven miles to Vail ski areas and two miles from Beaver Creek. The tri-level home has two queen beds & two full size beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. This home has a stocked kitchen (not just essentials), a living room with high ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and a smart tv with high speed Wifi. Located a two blocks off the beautiful Eagle Vail golf course.The neighborhoodYou’ll find opportunities right in EagleVail for activities such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the golf course and trails in the winter, and hiking, golf, tennis, and mountain biking in the summer.Getting aroundWe do recommend having a car as we are 1/2 mile to the bus stop. Check out ECO Transit for bus schedule times and pick up and drop off locations. Uber, Taxi Services, are available.Other things to noteThis is our second home with personal touches. We expect guests to treat it with care and respect. This is a non-smoking residence and no cats allowed. We do allow dogs. One dog allowed per visit unless approved prior to visit (pet fee required).Also, Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet community and we share walls with neighbors next door and below.
