The back yard features a covered deck with bar height table, gas fire ring, outdoor wood fireplace, and a large grass open fenced area with a concrete splashpad for the kids. We have outdoor seating for 15 people, a gas grill, and and 36″ griddle that can be used for outdoor cooking. You can relax in the comfortable seating area around the fireplace while the kids splash away!The living area is a fully furnished spacious private suite (over 1,000 square feet) featuring a private entrance, queen bed, futon bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, NordicTrack Elliptical, and high speed Wi-Fi. Living room area has a 70″ TV with DVD player, family friendly DVD collection, Youtube and streaming access. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 5 miles from the UGA football stadium. Free parking for 2 cars available in the driveway, and additional parking on the street.
