Kat may he staying in a studio over the garage with her best friend from HS for the summer so they can experience (and work!!) Nantucket. The garage is about 100′ from house, has a rear entry and parking. If this is a concern, please contact us for more info.Also, the house is about a 5 min drive from ACK airport. There is increased air traffic in and out from mid June thru Aug. We believe the 7 minute walk to the beach and the numerous benefits of Nantucket balance that out.
