The neutral pallet for this sophisticated urban chic villa is nestled in the tree tops with a peaceful and serene setting. Premium grade and scratch resistant bamboo floors through out, except upgraded stone flooring in the entry way and kitchen, smooth ceilings are a few of the recent upgrades. The kitchen cabinets with custom stainless roll out shelving, bath vanities, and wet bar were all custom by a cabinet maker. Custom sleeper sofa in the living room. Close to East Beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary Hotel, & Roy Barth Tennis Center.The spacious master has a comfy king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there is even a pullout sofa in the living room as well for guests.No smoking allowed. 1 small dog (25lbs max) allowed for a $25 per day pet fee (please let us know if you are bringing a pet with you).When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.
