This unit is on the free bus route with easy access to Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort.The living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room openly flow together on the main level. In the living room has a large very comfortable sectional couch, TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining room table has enough seating for the entire party. Off of the dining room area is a large deck with an outdoor grill and sitting area.All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private master bathroom with a bath tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have queen-sized beds and a shared full bathroom. The third bathroom is on the main level.This townhouse is close to a lot of fun activities in the surrounding area. The Blue River provides awesome fishing opportunities, the bike path is right out the door, the 88,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center has loads of activities that are indoor and outdoor. The guests are in walking distance to rentals shops, the grocery store, and liquor stores. The complex is also on the free bus route to access Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you have your own car, the complex provides one parking space for each unit.
