All Bedrooms have new 39″ flat screen tv’s and a new large 55″ 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds for additional guest. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 5 condo building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space.
