Casa Adelfas is a spacious Villa situated on a well maintained complex with 3 swimming pools. This property consists of two large bedrooms, one master en-suite and the second with twin beds and a family bathroom in-between.Entering the front door from with gardens, with private parking, there is a hallway for jackets and shoes, followed by an open plan dining area and lounge. A large wall mounted TV provides numerous multi-language channels, including English. Fibre broadband is also provided.The kitchen, leading off the main lounge is fully equipped with all ‘mod cons’ including a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge/freezer.The lounge patio doors lead you outside to a lovely covered seating/relaxing area with dining for 4/6 and a charcoal BBQ. The steps on the side of the property take you to a private roof solarium where 2 sun beds are provided.The patio/terrace also has a small private gated entrance that gives you access to the community swimming pools. The nearest smaller pool is only a few yards from the gate. The largest adult pool is literally seconds around the corner, via a private pathway.This lovely Villa is ideal for couples and small families as it’s centrally located in Golf del Sur. There are numerous bars, restaurants and food takeaway outlets within a 5 minute walk. The local shop is also close by and stocks everything you would need for your holiday. The bus stop and taxi rank can be found just across the road, so a hire car is not essential for your holiday requirements.
