Located in quaint East Falmouth, this newer home is located on beautiful Bournes Pond (a saltwater inlet), a short distance from family-friendly, Menauhant Beach.The home contains 5 bedrooms: a Master Bedroom; three other bedrooms; an office that has a bed in it; PLUS a beautifully finished basement which has two bunk beds. There can be up to 13 people sleeping in beds.The square footage of the house is 2,976 but this doesn’t include the finished basement. (The basement is a walk-out to the back patio and there is a flat screen TV down there, so this is a perfect spot to stash the kids.)The property is a very large 1.6 acres and, even though it is located on a mildly busy road, you don’t hear it–the home is heavily-wooded and extremely quiet/private. The landscaping is immaculate and the property features a long lawn and multiple sitting areas: a patio off the back of the house and a small seating area down by the water. New, fantastic outdoor shower built in 2021!
