Guests can launch their kayaks from our private waterfront backyard. We provide life jackets and booties. Private 3 car parking on the premises. Windward Mall with movie theater and numerous restaurants just 5 min away. Convenient Safeway supermarket, Longs Drugs & Walgreens, Starbucks, Jamba Juice etc. nearby as well. With the onset of the pandemic, however, vacation spots needed to be more! They needed to become “work from home” spots, and places where friends and family could be comfortable spending lots of time in! Consequently we updated our home to complement this new way of life. We made sure we had fast internet throughout the property, not just indoors. We made sure we had comfortable work stations available in most rooms. We made multiple comfortable seating areas under covered lanais that capitalized on our location in a peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous views. We did our best to offer an ideal “work from home” situation: a great place to be where vacation amenities are right in your rental, with no need to share with other people you don’t know. Work from home, then take a break to swim, kayak, play ping pong, pool, darts… or maybe just enjoy the outdoor tiki bar.Mandatory TAT and GET taxes are collected and paid under registered tax number TA-090-839-4496-01 and GE-090-839-4496-02.Events and/or parties are not allowed.
