Flat screenTV; HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon prime.Sleeps 16, 5 bedroom, plus den, 3 bath. Drinks, homemade cookies for you!The spaceLarge master bedroom with 2 Queen size beds, fits 4 people. Ten beds in 4 other bedrooms on second floor. Den on first floor has a pull out sofa for two. Dedicated workspaces on both floors with printer. Beautiful living room, seats for everyone! There is a piano and large flat screen 4K TV Covered balcony on second floor, and gorgeous covered deck,BBQ grill on first floor. Basketball court, ping pong , putting green, boxing ball, bench and free weights in yard. This is a safe, residential neighborhood, with one family homes for blocks. Out of respect for our neighbors, there should be no parties or loud noise after 10pm. No smoking inside the house, but outside enjoy a smoke on the 2 patios. There is a Ring camera on the outside and front entrances of the house. A mechanism also measures noise decibels, to insure quiet time after 11pm. House is full of board games, lots of books, kids toys! Oven, microwave, coffee station, full kitchen for your convenience.Guest accessGuests will be able to access the entire house and backyard. There is a large, long driveway.Other things to note*There is a 2 story guest house in the backyard with one lovely tenant!
