The master features an ensuite bath.A large second story balcony overlooks the tennis court, pool and patio gardens and offers peaceful views of majestic amethyst colored LA sunsets. Ideal for families, groups, and tennis enthusiasts, this spacious home has three bedrooms/three baths and sleeps sixteen guests.KITCHEN AND DININGA fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stylish clear-glass door fridge and glass door cabinets. The dining room offers beautiful views of the back yard patio, gardens and tennis courts.LIVING SPACESA gold and umber tone Moroccan-style rug sits atop the terra cotta tile floor, creating a warm and inviting gathering space for the family or group to relax together. Four elegant, comfortable sofas are grouped around a solid hand-hewn wooden coffee table, wall-mounted Smart TV, and spanish-style stucco fireplace. Plenty of space for everyone to gather for drinks, hors d’oeuvres, great conversation or movies. A wide, round wrought iron gothic-style chandelier brings a dramatic, old-word ambiance to the living room.BEDROOMS AND BATHSThe master bedroom features a romantic hand-crafted, rustic, king-size, 4-poster, log bed. The master has beautiful french doors that open to the back balcony, boasting sunset views as well as spectator views of the tennis court. The master has an en-suite spa-style bathroom with granite dual-sink vanity, huge walk-in glass shower, and divine oversize soaking tub.Each of the additional two guest rooms offers two queen beds (extra floor mattresses can be provided for these bedrooms upon request.) Both of these bedrooms have large closets and tasteful touches- a spanish style cowhide rug, and vintage tennis equipment artfully displayed as wall decor. Both of the guest bathrooms are decorated in colorful Spanish tile. One has a walk-in shower, the other a tub/shower combo.OUTDOOR AMENITIESThis private resort-style backyard offers a lighted tennis court, heated pool, and steaming hot jacuzzi. Relax poolside on a teak wood lounge chair and listen to palm fronds rustling in the California breeze. Perfect your tennis game in the off season. Unwind in the refreshing turquoise swimming pool. Take coffee and breakfast in the shaded courtyard. Use your time at our iconic estate to renew and recharge – it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the very best of Los Angeles.Pool and Jacuzzi heating is an extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. The pool can take anywhere from 4-8 hours to get to the desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 30 mins-1 hour depending on the temperature outside.Please note, this house sleeps up to 16 people MAX. The SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT BREAKDOWN: 1 bedroom with 1 King Bed + 2 Bedrooms with 2 queen beds (10 people total) + 6 Floor Mattresses (6 people total).House Rules:We have done everything possible for all our guests to enjoy the experience our house has to offer. This comes with several restrictions that will allow us to comply with the City Home-Sharing Ordinance as well as to respect our neighbors and continue hosting without getting complaints:1. Absolutely No smoking anywhere on the premises and no parties. Any noise complaints will be grounds to cancel the reservation immediately with no refund. We are equipped with NoiseAware(which measures decibel level inside and outside) and Ring Video Doorbell. L. A is very strict and we want to make sure we can keep hosting our guests.2. No amplified music as well as outdoor gatherings after 10 pm in order to respect the peacefulness of the area and to show consideration for our neighbors. The swimming pool and tennis court is off-limits after 10:00 PM for groups as well as kids.3. The Exact number of people in the house needs to be communicated to the host.4. Fireplace is decorative only. Please do not put any type of fire on the outside or inside, this includes any smoking. We live in a very high fire hazard severity zone.5. PARTIES AND EVENTS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED.Please note: A guest that will violate this strict rule, will lose his security deposit and will be evicted from the house on the same night.6. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself.7. Our gardening comes twice a week on Wednesdays & Saturdays and pool service is on Tuesdays and Fridays.8. Only TENNIS SHOES on tennis court.- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of our property and entire resort home premises.- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, an illness that occurs while guests are on the premises or for the loss of their belongings.FAQ- Why does the price change? We use dynamic pricing software that changes the rates from time to time- Can you tell me more about this Noiseaware system? Noiseaware is a gadget that alerts us when the noise level has reached its threshold. This device doesn’t record video nor audio, it only notifies of the noise level inside and outside the property.- Do you have serving dishes and utensils for large groups of people? We do have enough utensils that can serve the 10 guests max.- Do you offer 1-night stays? No, our minimum is 2 nights during weekdays and 3 during the weekends.- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one beach towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you’re welcome to use.- Do you offer early check-in? Yes depends if we don’t have guests checking out on the day of your arrival.- Do you offer late checkout? Yes depends if we don’t have guests checking in on the day of your departure.- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates? The price is $100 per day, so you just need to multiply the number of nights you’re staying for this rate to get a price. If you would like us to heat the pool in advance of your arrival, just add $100 to this rate.- Do you offer discounts on the heating pool rates? Unfortunately, we’re not able to. Our rates are lower than the ones charged by most pool houses of the same size, many charges between $100-125/day so this is the best price we can offer.- How do I operate the pool / Jacuzzi? Pool and spa video instructions will be sent right after payment for the heating. It’s very easy, just follow the video instructions exactly.- Is there a smoking room? / Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed anywhere inside and outside the house, please don’t smoke in the backyard/pool area, it’s not allowed there either.- How many cars can we park in the garage or parking area? You can fit 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is available but only for certain hours of days, be sure to check the street signs so you don’t get towed or ticketed.- Is there a fee associated with early check-in/late check-out?>Yes, for early check-in, it’s $25 per additional hour. If the house is ready, a 3 pm check-in with host approval is possible for free.>Yes, for late check out it’s $25 dollars per additional hour.
