This newly constructed Spanish-style one-bedroom ADU with a private yard is located in the center of Los Angeles, in the Historically Preserved Carthay Neighborhood.Our home is fully furnished with brand-new appliances and finishes, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a rainfall shower, smart TVs, and a private yard.
