You will enjoy your stay at our comfortable cottage beach home, which is located in the popular Sparrow Pond neighborhood on Kiawah Island, well known for its breathtaking beauty and close proximity to the beach and the city of Charleston.Our cottage home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In one of the rooms is a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds. There is also a pullout couch. Maximum occupancy is eight people, by ordinance.Bath towels and linens are supplied. The newly remodeled kitchen is ready to use, and there is an outdoor gas grille, so all you need to bring is food. Our cottage home also has a washer, dryer, two smart television sets, and wireless internet.This may not be the fanciest or best decorated cottage on the island, but it the most practical for your family beach vacation.Wireless internet is available to our guests. Our beach home is a great place for remote work. If you can work from home, you may as well work from our beach home.Sorry, no pets.Sorry, no smoking.Three car limit.Please check the availability calendar or call for availability. We require a down payment of $300 to reserve your stay. The balance of your payment is due three weeks before your arrival. Check-in is 4:00 PM.
