Of course, you can expect high-speed internet and a wide range of cable TV, as well as a modern sound system in the living room with Bluetooth and home cinema functions.There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room next to the double garage. Sufficient bed linen, towels, beach towels and a cool box are also available.The elegant and tastefully furnished living area leads to the master suite with king-size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and double vanities. The pool area is equipped with an electronic child lock, so patio doors can be secured if necessary.The yacht club with clubhouse, fishing pier, city beach and the well-known beach restaurant “Boathouse”, directly on the Caloosahatchee River, can be reached in a few minutes by car or boat.
