This space is heated by electric baseboard heating and a cozy woodstove fireplace. There is also a window unit AC on the first floor for use during summer.Guest accessBehind Granary Farm Pond across the creek are mowed trails that will take you through and around our entire 150 acre property. We encourage you to stroll, jog or walk your dog on those trails. There are exceptional birding and wildlife viewing opportunities to be had, and early mornings and evening are the best time to do so.The center of our preserve and the main water feature is the man-made Granary Farm Pond. This pond is spring fed and its cool water is a great for a refreshing dip, even in the height of summer.
