The main living area boosts an open floor plan with combination living, dining and well-appointed kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in this section of the home. The third bedroom is separate from the home. It offers a beverage cooler, full bath with walk -in shower and queen size murphy bed. The location is ideal. Close to beaches, restaurants and numerous golf courses. The tarpon run Boca Grande pass yearly. It’s a fisherman’s dream. The property is BRAND new and very comfortable.
