Each floor gives you unparalleled views of the lake from the living room, master bedroom, and game room. This location is not only on the lake but is within walking distance of the grocery store, golf course, and downtown Kings Beach.On the bottom floor, enjoy the view while playing pool, cards at the bar, listing to the stereo, or watching a movie. You can step out onto the patio to feel the breeze from the lake and take in the views. Also on this floor is a laundry room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second level is where you’ll love to gather in the open-concept living room with wood burning fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. Watch a show or movie on the flat-screen TV with Direct TV or turn on the stereo to relax and chill on the large sectional sofa and of course more fantastic views from the front room or step out on the deck with a patio table and chairs. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, walk-in showers, and smart TVs with apps.
