Also, there are free public parking spots in the streets next and near the building.- Our check out time is 11 a.m. Due to logistics, we don’t have a lot of flexibility to move the check-out so we kindly ask you to exit the property on time. In the event that the time is not kept, there are late check out fees:- $40 if guest(s) stay after 11:30 a.m.- Full extra night cost if guest(s) stay after 12:15 p.m.- Smoking is not permitted in our property, we are very strict about this policy. If we find smoking traces or odor throughout the stay there is $400 fine , and the guest is expected to leave the property immediately.CHECK INOur Guest will be provided with detailed instructions and access information 24 hour prior Check-in:The door has an electronic lock which can be used with the code that will be provided with the check in instructions.
