The large foyer area in between all bedrooms opens directly onto the large deck overlooking the lake and has a seating area with TV and Wii, built-in bar area with mini-fridge, ice maker and Keurig, closet with washer and dryer, and 3rd full bath.The Lake House comes equipped with gas grill, picnic table, plenty of deck seating and loungers, retractable SunSetter deck awning, fire pit, outdoor shower, three kayaks, and lifejackets (4 youth, 1 small, 2 large and 2 XL). The custom dock system is equipped with a boat tie-up, large areas for seating or sunbathing, ladder for water access and a separate outer swim platform, as well as an outer mooring to tie up to so feel free to bring your boat or rent one locally.The large lawn area allows for plenty of room for lawn games and leads to a small walk-in beachy area off to one end of the property. It’s the perfect set up for enjoying swimming, fishing, boating of all kinds, or just relaxing with family or entertaining friends.
