Pointe West is a master planned development with private beach and is a one-of-a-kind location on the island. The house is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach and we are a 20 minute walk to the Beach Club, or a 5 minute drive. We have a Ninja blender to make great margaritas or smoothies. There is a Kitchenaid stand mixer to help make your feast. Relish in your home cooked meals gathered around the dining room table, kitchen island or outside on the spacious deck with comfortable patio furniture. Kitchen includes a regular Cuisinart coffee pot with hot water dispenser, plus a personal Keurig. You can also treat yourself to delivery from one of the local restaurants or eat in at the many local fresh seafood restaurants close-by.Downstairs in the outdoor closet you will find everything you need for the beach; chairs, canopy tent, boogie boards and a wagon to take it all with you. You will also find a patio underneath the house complete with picnic table (1 for adults 1 for kids), and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off sand before heading back upstairs.For those of you with small children, we also have a high chair, 2 pack-n-plays and baby gates for your convenience, along with a selection of kids dishes, cups, plates, and silverware. Bunk room includes an Amazon Alexa to play lullabies to help young kids sleep.Seven Seas Grocery Store is the closest fully stocked grocery store and is 8 miles from the house.
