Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Brand new construction with tasteful coastal decor. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!This vacation oasis is located right next door to famous Pier Park! Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has two chaise lounges, a two-person glider and a dining table with four chairs.Inside, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and with a connected master en suite. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Twin built in bunks in the hallway. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, a fire pit, tiki bars, cabanas for rent and an exercise room with an ocean view.WE LOVE TO CATER TO SNOWBIRDS!
